Ford preparing the concept version of Kuga crossover and Escape SUV for next year’s Detroit Motor Show. The new compact-sized crossover model will go into production in the second half of 2012 as a 2013 model.
“The Kuga/Escape successor could hit Deutschland’s showrooms as early as March next year and reach other European markets by the second quarter.” Bernhard Mattes said. He is man in charge of Ford’s German factories.

Moving production to the U.S. is another point on Ford’s agenda. It’s likely that the new car will be manufactured in Louisville, Kentucky, while the German factory in Saarlouis will keep the European production of the new Focus.

Land Rover has officially confirmed that the Range Rover LRX concept will go into production in 2011. Designed and engineered at Land Rover's state of the art Gaydon facility, the new Range Rover will be the smallest, lightest and most efficient vehicle the company has ever produced. The 2011 Range Rover LRX will be built at the plant in Halewood, on Merseyside, and will be sold in more than 100 countries around the world.
More details of the new small Range Rover will be released next year.

GM is accepting that the four wheel drive Hummer HX Concept with the 3.6L V6 engine is the closest environmentally friendly model so far under the Hummer Brand. HX is smaller and lighter than its siblings and it is the first Hummer to be E85-ready.
With 300 HP and 273 lb-ft torque, I guess riding Hummer HX would be fun!! Check out the high res wallpapers and PR after the jump.
